Register for a Library Card

Library cards are issued to individuals associated with Gillette College. Please fill in the following information, then within 14 days visit Gillette College Library with your photo ID to pick up your library card to have your account fully activated. Or, email gclibrary@sheridan.edu from your sheridan.edu email account. Enter the words “activate library card” in the subject line of your email to request activation of your card. By submitting this form, you agree to the following:

  • In return for the right and privilege to use Daly Library at Gillette College, I agree to return books and other items when they are due.
  • I assume all financial responsibility including, but not limited to damage, repair or replacement costs for the print/non-print materials borrowed.
